Something to keep in mind is that just because they have an item it doesn't mean that they put it up to sell. For example, they sure are taking their time with Gears of War: Judgment. Hell, for 2 dollars more than I traded it in for I can buy a brand new copy from Amazon.

The launch copies had them on codes.

They should just sell it as the normal base game in those scenarios. Borderlands Game of the Year is just Borderlands if the codes don't work.
