Chrono Cross (along with Chrono Trigger) were 3.49$ at the end of April.

I don't think the game will force you to map. It'll just be annoying when you revisit a floor and do not known where everything is... I believe you can turn on an "auto-mapping" function; so at the very least, when you move around the map, it will fill in pathways for you.

The game is pretty much the same, but the controls/interface are different. I started with the ipad version and then got it on console. It has been a while since I played, but I paid 15$ for it. So, if you really liked it on console, don't think you should expect a huge difference in game play...

I think I've spent more on trading cards than games this sale... but no money out of pocket, just sell the summer cards and buy cheaper ones for crafting.

Haha, that's exactly what I did. Sold FFX for pennies... bought it for 20$ or so on PS2... heard HD version coming out two years ago, stopped playing... bought on PS3 and Vita earlier this month. Also had X-2, which I sold. I could care less about it.
