I order SFIV Collector's from them 2 years ago. While I did get my game, it took them over 2 weeks to get it to me after release date. Not great service/shipping imo.

The first guy was giving me some BS about I couldn't get the original price because they don't do "price match" when I explictly told them it was a PREORDER. I just shut the guy off and tried a new rep and everything went smooth as butter. My new order is back at 26.30!

I've bought a HRAP ex from this vendor before. It's the same one without the tekken graphic so I believe that it may be an actual hrap ex.(only in japan) They tend to get an some random stock of something and sell it for a nice price.

I had a much more pleasant time with my rep. They offered to refund me the cost of the regular edition($59.99 as of this time) so I could buy the GOTY edition. don't give up till you find a rep that's helpful.
