Samurai 7 and GG (season 1) are both very good shows, so it's a toss up between the two. Champloo really isn't that great, and it definitely doesn't come close to either of the previously mentioned series.

Will have to go again soon. Not sure when I'll be able to get there, perhaps Saturday.

Ironically, while I enjoyed Oldboy, Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance was my favorite of all three. I felt that the characters were far more relatable, as they were in Lady Vengeance. Oldboy was actually my least favorite of the three. Too broke to buy these though. :(

Haven't been able to get to my local BigLots, but I hope to be near there next Saturday. If I find more than one copy of Heat Guy J, I'll definitely pick it up for some trading action. =)

Wow, I wish my Biglots had some of those sets.. I bought GitS 2: Innocence - $5, Casshern - $3, and (the one that made me the most happy) Ringu - $3. $11 total. ^_^

Uh, Firefly only made it to 11 episodes before it was cancelled. Less than one season.. So I wouldn't expect a second season, seeing as it hasn't been made. ;)

I just stopped by Big Lots, and I noticed that they've gotten some more random volumes of anime. Some of these they've had before, some they haven't. The particular ones I remember would be various volumes of Samurai 7, Desert Punk, XXXHolic, Ragnarok, Sonic X, Witch Blade, Eureka Seven, Flag...

The one with the bust of a woman is Scrapped Princess v. 1. It contains a full Pacifica figure, which just needs to be put together. It's about 12 inches tall, and not bad for the price. Some Big Lots also still have volume 6 of Scrapped Princess with 2 smaller figures, Angel Tales v. 1 with...

Actually, it worked well because they were going to be near their Best Buy anyway, so extra gas wasn't needed. =)

Unfortunately, I didn't have any plans that would bring me close to a Best Buy, so a friend is picking up the Ergo Proxy and Le Chevalier D'eon complete sets for me sometime today. Not bad for $50.

Yeah, those are Scrapped Princess, LEs of Vol. 1 and 6. There's also Dice Season 1, and an IGPX set with a shirt.

Seeing as I'm pretty much broke, I had to keep my order small.. I ordered volumes 2-5 of Scrapped Princess, with 3 and 4 being LE. That will complete my SP set. ^_^
