The first thing to try in situations like this is a lens cleaner. It might work, and if it does it is a cheap and easy fix.

I'm new to this project, but I'm still looking to help. I just uploaded Resident Evil 2 scans to the raw scan directory. I'm no good with photoshop so I'll leave that to the professionals. I have several more boxes, but would like to know if the scans I submitted are good enough and workable...
