Has anyone gotten the Double Fine Triangle Box from LRG? I don't know what to do. I got a shipping email for it on 7/16 and it STILL says UPS doesn't have the item. Support has been no help at all telling me over and over they'll look into it

I got an email on July 16 from them about my Double Fine Triangle box shipping. It's August 7 now and the UPS tracking still says they haven't gotten the item.

Yeah just seen mine finally was handed to them. Larian replied to me saying they investigated and found a bunch that hadn't been shipped or something or another.

I keep contacting Larian and they keep telling me FedEx likely hasn't updated their tracking even after I talked to FedEx and they told me they never got it. This is some BS Larian.
