Yeah Sony is legit out of the loop. Having to backup everything completely is a hassle, I've lost saves tones of times because of power outages and what not. I agree they need to have some type of subscription for cloud saves. Paying for a playstation subscription has become a hassle.

My PS5 VR set got rejected. Previously everything used to get approved, they've been really strict with combining promotions lately. I got told anytime a coupon or rewards are added to an order they will reject them now from the last rep I spoke with.

I would be surprised if Rakuten approves the dell one if you used dell rewards points. They've rejected all my orders I've placed that have been split lately.
