Finished Tunic this morning and wow, what a game. A little Zelda, a little Dark Souls, a little Fez/Witness. Tons of secrets that will make you feel like a genius when you discover them. Seconded. It’s repetitive, the pop-in is crazy, and the controls are sometimes frustrating, but the loop (pun sorta intended) is addictive and finding new ways to bounce around and above these islands is fun. Probably helps that I haven’t played a Sonic game in years, so even the “stale” parts...

Got Bayonetta 3 the other week, thanks to a 4-year-old preorder at Amazon. Realizing that I still haven’t played the first two games. I’m thinking of getting the Bayonetta-Vanquish bundle for $16, to fix that.
