Doesn't overwatch require you to log into battle.net too play? You won't be able to even play with bots with a phantom. Unless I'm missing something, there's no point in buying a phantom for this.

They do get shut down, this is highly illegal. A lot of those accounts get funded with stolen credit cards.

Pretty sure Amazon preorders only get the 20% off if you do it on Amazon.com and the game is a physical copy. At some point I tried it on a digital preorder and the discount didn't apply.
