A lot of my local walmarts don't mark things down either or if they do its pretty lame. Yellow tags with 10-30% off after games have dropped in value to much less at other stores either during sales or on the secondhand market

That seems to be the deal (and your best bet at finding what you want) New copy of clearance game automatically rings up at the low price even if its not marked. Correct - this is "new" copies only

Man, hit two wally-marts way outside my normal area yesterday, and one of my local stores on Saturday. Nothing worth mentioning at all, one store had like.... 5 markdown games per section and they were crappy/not heavily discounted. The other just had like one crappy FPS with a yellow tag on...

Was hoping to find the $65 Sous Vide cooker mentioned here, but the store that I went to that had 2 in stock, they were full price...RATS That store did have a ton of yellow tags (on the shelf not on the item) for electronics markdowns, but pretty much all items were wiped out that were 75% off.

I would argue that Bestbuy has a better selection then big box stores and higher end computers. If you want a prebuilt or something specific, bestbuy probably has it to demo. I.E. Microsoft surface lineup, pretty full Lenovo lineup, plenty of Dell's and Toshibas and things of that nature, even...

Yeah I don't know folks. I'm in NJ and it doesn't work well for me at all. Just a fair warning for if anyone is thinking of paying for walmart plus just for that. 

Folks have been saying for a long time you need to have walmart plus to have the price scanner feature work, and I would like to say its pretty well borked for me. Computers are really the only thing they have in droves that you can't go to a dept store for. Yes you can get computers "anywhere" for low end ones, and anything you want via amazon - but there is still something to be said about physically checking them out first before pulling the trigger...

Does this mean we're going to have "Fifa" thats made by the soccer league and the games actually suck, and then "EA Soccer" which will be the real game that everyone knows but its under a different name so a lot of people will blindly buy the wrong game based on namesake a la Harvest Moon/Story...

What a dookie sale. I really didn't expect much, but other than the trade flip for Vanguard, this sale was a total waste of time.
