I agree to some degree, but those in similar situation should look into streaming using Xbox one, other devices or even GeForce now on PC. Remember everything is an Xbox, they can play latest AAA game pass games, maybe not well but they can play them. :)

I'd say the best streaming device is Xbox one s. It streams everything including Xbox games. Not to mention it also have disc drive that plays 4k bluray and have the ability to earn ms bucks
