Archos 604 Wifi can browse the internet (it has a scaled down opera browser on it), and it's only $207 at Amazon right now. You could also get the Archos 605 which adds youtube and minor flash support to the browser, but it's more expensive and you have to buy the browser as a separate plug-in.
