Just got 2 TPBs in the mail from Hastings today that match this description, I'll PM you the details...

I ended up having to return a few items about a week ago and can somewhat confirm the no refund of shipping costs. This was the return email I got from GoHastings customer service: I just checked my account and I did receive the shipping amount in my refund, so maybe the policy hasn't fully gone...

Looks like Amazon price matched this one, just bought it there instead as I had credit with Amazon.
