Yeah they sent my Psycho Pass CE in a bubble mailer too, and of course it was damaged. I promptly spoke to a CS agent for a replacement. The new one came in a box with my ZTD watch thankfully. I'm really glad BB will carry Yomawari as I will cancel the Amazon order as soon as the BB one goes up...
