I have 272 points in my reward zone account, but I had it on the 500 point threshold, can I switch it back to the 250 points and get my cert? I tried it but nothing happened.

Just got Saints Row in the mail today, but when I start it up, it tells me it needs to download an update, it goes to the update download screen then i get a "cant download the update" screen.
