$19.99 seems to be the new MSRP because that's the price showing up on Amazon, Gamestop, Best Buy and various other retailers. It's OOS online on Gamestop, Best Buy, and Target and I can't even find it on Walmart or Newegg anymore. Oddly, it's still $39.99 direct from NISA's store. I'm guessing...
