    Xbox one headsets?

    I need a gaming headset that works with both the xbox one and ps4. I want the best headset I can get for under $300. I'm not sure on compatibility with the xbox one.. Can I get any headset and it will work if I buy the MS adapter? Thanks, input is appreciated
