I have a japanese sega saturn. I am wondering if I can use peripherals from the us? Because hunting down a japanese 3d controller, steering wheel, and lightgun would be rather difficult. Thanks in advance!

Here is what I just got off of ebay. Not exactly a cheap ass buy but a japanese saturn is hard to come by. Plus that is a really strong collection of games and a 4-in-1 cart goes for $35 dollars by itself.
