Neither you nor they will get in trouble but the game might not work until launch - Activision could easily prevent log ins until then. They aren't sending out review copies until the game launches so there's no reason for anyone to be on the servers who isn't involved with game development.

I just got the guy at the call phone kiosk to check the price for me. I just found our the at no Walmarts in my city do trade ins soi won't make money with this but I should still get Destiny paid for.

There was a guy ahead of me wanting to do the Destiny Bundle yesterday and he was told just to pre-order the bundle (they asked for $100) and to bring his old console in when he picked it up to get the $150.

You actually described why it is a good deal - they're not interested in people flipping them. If someone wants the console and they have an old one they're not using it's a good deal.

That's fair enough - I was talking about the people coming in here and implying that anyone considering this is dumb or that they shouldn't buy a PS4 if they can't afford it and crap like that. :)
