Quick Note: (sorry if old) My local Costco has HD-DVD dual-format discs for $29.99. Not the best deal, but interesting that Costco is finally carrying some HD content.

I'd assume what he's saying is that some people might just prefer the 360. The 360 upscales DVD's to 480p by default...with the latest update and a 360 VGA cable, they've enabled DVD upscaling to 720p, 1080i, and (I think) 1080p. None of this requires the HD-DVD add-on, mind you...it's just...

Not quite sure what all 7 pieces actually are, but the "7 piece set" is the house box w/ toy, all 3 volumes, and extra disc...the 3-pack is just the house box w/ toy and the extra disc, no 3 volumes. They're basically being nice to us folks who bought the 3 volumes individually.
