I emailed again saying thank you for looking into my case. Got a reply this afternoon saying I have been refunded the full amount back to my rewards account. The points are there and have been set to expire on August 15th. So eventually this was successful but not without headache.

Put in a support request on Friday for my Dell refund. Got a response who said they were sending it to someone who in turn said they were passing it to the finance team who should get back to me in 2 business days. It is the 2nd business day and I'm still waiting.

Got 2,000 DRP today, first time it has paid out that much in a long while.

I got my tax return in and thought about pre ordering a Switch 2 until this whole pipe clog business. Already had to spend a couple hundred on it between plumbers who couldn’t clear it and supplies.

Still says return sent for processing, no refund yet. Think it’s been just over 15 business days at this point. Might chat with customer service tomorrow about it. Dealing with a clogged sewer line today.

Dell has received my return and it is currently in processing. It does say it will take 10 to 15 days for the refund.
