Picked up my pre-ordered units today at Walmart a couple of hours after opening, couldn't have gone more smoothly. They said they only had enough left in to fill layaway pre-orders when one employee asked another if they had ones out for sale too. Apparrently the non-layway, normal-sale ones...

You're correct but I don't think they understand the free market economy. They also have faulty logic regarding morality, apparently.

Yeah, I have a bunch of games pre-ordered cheaply such as Rayman Legends for $38, Sonic Racing for $30, and Tank Tank Tank for $38, as well as New Super Mario Bros. U for $48 (prices include free shipping). :D Keep your eyes peeled, they have good stuff at times.

Yes, no loss for anyone since you can return them. Also flippers account for a tiny percentage of preorder units if you math it out.
