Because it wasn't organized by CAG. It was organized by a couple CAG volunteers, and was mentioned repeatedly in the previous thread. Folks added themselves to a shared google doc, and was up for at least a week. These kind folks then took it upon themselves to print out an individual...

Followed the directions, bought 1600 MSFT points for $10. Very easy. As other posters have said, you have to do a 'normal' checkout, without selecting any of the specific payer options (e.g., paypal, billmelater). On the final page before ordering, you need to select 'Change payment method'...

Oh, what I would do for a similar type of offer from Amazon for a PS3 bundle. I already own a 360 and I have a $75 console discount code for AMZN that needs to be used up by the end of next month. I'd love to couple that discount with a decent bundle, price cut, or similar offer.

Just a quick note. Did a successful PM for both AC and SMG ($25 gift card) at BB in Northgate Mall in Seattle, WA. If you do both, have them ring up SMG first and separately, then use the gift card towards AC in a separate purchase. Worked fine for me. I brought in the ads (had Sunday's paper...
