I know this isn't eShop, but... Staples has a $30 off Switch games coupon in their mobile app right now, if you are a Staples reward member. I had to grab some binder clips, and my local staples had 5-6 games left. Princess Peach for $30 seemed like it would be worth it for a gift later this...

Try logging out of your account and then back in. If that fails, delete all your cookies and try again -- or try in Private mode. Sometimes I've noticed that the account gets "stuck" unless I log back in again.

I already own Pocket Mini Golf 2 and Goodnight Knight, so I should be fine for the giveaway. I didn't buy any of the "BUY THESE BEFORE 1/15" titles, but I already owned one, so either way I should be eligible for the free games. Not super excited, but hey, you never know...

I'll be honest, I was tempted to grab the hole.io game -- it sounds amusing, and I know it's based on a silly online webgame. The only reason I didn't is that it sounds like the Switch version isn't online... which seems weird for a game like that.

I liked the Wii's pointer controls -- they worked well for a large number of games (and genres) that really don't play well with "normal" controllers. I really wish the Switch's IR panel was at the FRONT of the controller (or there was some sort of "remote" holder) so we could get ACCURATE...

Oh, I get the problem -- all I can come up with is: Your SD card is corrupted somehow, and the reported free space doesn't match actual free space. Or something. You're trying to move software that is BIGGER than the available space on the SD card -- that doesn't appear to be the case. There's...

I'm curious as to how large the games are you're trying to move.... however, if it won't give you the option to move ANYTHING, it sounds like the Switch is convinced the SD card is full. I'd suggest copying all pictures off of it, then using a flash memory tester program on your computer to see...

    Nintendo eShop Deals and Discussions

I've always assumed that's the case, but various folks across the internet have claimed they've been able to "delete" an update from their system and play the physical game without an update. What's probably happening is that they think you can do that, and keep saying you can.

accounts.nintendo.com has a general summary page of your account -- and, until today, it also contained a link to an eshop summary page. This page included a web version of your wishlist. The eShop link has vanished from accounts.Nintendo.com. You can access a purchase history, but I can't...

Atari 50 -- although this is interesting, if it differs depending on the title. Assuming I didn't do something wrong, I: Had Atari 50 on 1.0, with saved game. I backed up the save to the Nintendo online system. I updated, played for a bit, and ended with a "new" save from the update. I then...

Well, I've finally confirmed something that I had been wondering about... If you have a physical game and download an update... you can't revert the update. If you uninstall/archive/delete all the game data, popping the cart back in won't let you play. Unless you download the update, the game...

The fine print specifies that the deal can only be used once. You'll only get 20% back on the one year.

Dumb question -- why not just buy eShop credit? It's the same discount, and no fear of something going wrong.

I may need to run TWO family memberships starting late December -- I have enough nieces and nephews with Switches that I'm maxing out my current family plan.  If that happens, I may need 2-3 folks to even out the second plan.
