FYI, Borderlands 2: Game of the Year Edition is now PM from GameStop at $29.99 at Amazon.com Waited in line at GameStop for 1 hour for no reason. Once I saw it I just bought it online and walked out. I would have had to wait in line another hour just to check out.

That's why I'm thinking there was a screw up with the Best Buy SKU. The mis-referenced SKU in the deal is to the single-case Resistance Collection advertised in Sony's press release vs. the multi-case SKU that actually came out.
