29.99 is not a clearance price. if the price ends in a 9 it's a normal price drop. 29.99 at your store would simply reflect the new current price in your target's system. this could be due to a universal price drop or a special promotion. be warned {or hopeful} the price might go up or down...

you think that's frustrating. GRID sold out for 29.98 at three targets by me. ridiculous. do these people not know the economy is in the shitter? do they not know that clearance prices drop? they must work for the oil companies to afford $30 games.
