JC, can i ask you how long it was (about) between seeing the "your package has been put on hold" message at UPS to when it was delivered/accepted whatever? And did your status update on the xbox site (changed to device received at service center)? Thanks.

The same exact thing happened to me. I called UPS and was unable to talk to an actual person. I called MS and after being on hold, someone who barely understands the english language told me that they are putting holds on all consoles shipped to them (going back about a week). I couldn't...
