I ordered it and it charged my card but I have received no confirmation email and also can't view my games. I know they disabled that but I would at least like confirmation since it does say on the site that I own that package already even though I haven't received any emails.

Once you enable 60 fps then you're good to go. Makes a hell of a difference instead of just 30fps. Go here to get it.
