Calm down. I agree with you one shouldn't expect a guaranteed new unit when he's gambling for the $50 off. However, one should when it explicitly says it's "new". I'm just concerned about the so called "new opened". And there are of course deals when you can buy garanteed new units for less...

I think you are explaining why it is marked down, but what we are worried about is why they opened it... To me, if it's opened, it's not new any more. Edit: I was replying to the post above the last one.

Advance wars ds shows $17.47 in my store. Other games I got show the same price as in the original post. Also saw a bunch of Tekken Tag Tournament labelled as $7.47, didn't actually try to scan, though.

Exactly, that's what I wanted to say. Seems crapusa flipped the systems, though. I bought the so called silver version from my local store, but found it's the same as my old black version. They insisted it's the silver version, even though it says black on the package. Check the back of the package.

Exactly, the black version has a silver faceplate (and the camo one), but my local crapusa is selling the black version as the silver version, so you probably will get what you want (I suppose you want the camo). Too bad I wanted a silver version.
