is there anyway to get train to respond to a game that hasnt arrived in a couple weeks, ive sent three emails through contact us and have now opened my second request ticket to them the game was said to have shipped on the 21st and should have been here by now, anyone else had problems like...

it has been 10 days since they said that my Naruto game had been shipped, still nothing from them, and I places the game order on the 13th, this is becoming pretty crappy

well its been almost a week since my naruto game was shipped according to the email I got from train, i hope it gets here soon
