No matter what I search for, Ebay never appears as an option for Cashback :(

I know I'm a noob, but I'm not an idiot. I'm in Canada, but even if I set Live to search the States, I get nothing. If I search the Cashback site, Ebay is nowhere to be found. If I search for 'Wii' or 'Ipod' on Live.com, I get no cashback links, on the top or on the side. What am I doing wrong?
