VVVVVV for free - charity Ebay bid

Did anyone notice that only a couple of hours after the guy posted his thing about just the top 10 bidders being eligible, there was suddenly a string of zero-feedback bids?

VVVVVV for free - charity Ebay bid

If nothing else, I find this absolutely fascinating as a sort of social experiment. I wonder if anyone's ever carried out similar psychology experiments. To be honest at this point if nobody pays up at the end I don't mind paying for the normal game, but it'll definitely be interesting to see...

VVVVVV for free - charity Ebay bid

Well, the clever thing about this is that it actually encourages other people to advertise, in order to minimize the risk of them having to foot the bill!

VVVVVV for free - charity Ebay bid

There's currently a charity promotion, where if you bid on a pair of socks you get the indie PC game VVVVVV for free on Steam, even if you don't win the auction! The bidding ends in over a week, but get in quick if you don't want to end up as the one with the hot potato on the last day. All...

    Supreme Commander 2

While this is a good game, the price you've posted isn't much of a deal at all. Supcom 2 is basically £25 everywhere you look online like Play, Game, Gamestation etc. and on Amazon.co.uk it's actually £22.88. These all include free delivery too.

Immortal Defense Pay What You Want Sale

This is an excellent game and the developer rightly deserves to be supported. The people who haven't played it and are judging solely by youtube are plainly ignorant, I'm afraid - you owe it to yourself to try this game, especially considering you can pay as little as you want. I'm not normally...

Far Cry 2: Fortune's Edition (Complete)

Off-topic, but what's the tag for creating these type of links, with the icon, voting etc.? Can't find it documented anywhere.

HURRY, EA store UK Mirros Edge, Dead Space, Mercenaries FOR FREE

Guys, even though the 100% discount doesn't work any more, there are real bargains to be found on the EA UK games site. I heard there's a code you can use, "VoucherCodes.com25%" when you make a purchase - so you can buy those £5 games for £3.75 which is just silly for the amount of content...

    PS3 Slim £243

Pretty sure standard price is £250 practically everywhere, but I assume you can get cheaper if you actually look around. Just did a quick search, £244.69 on amazon uk for example.

    PS3 Slim £243

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that price about average? Do they charge shipping on top of that, even?

    PS2 slimline console for £30

I just got back home from finding a fantastic deal, Tesco Home in Cribbs Causeway in Bristol was selling PS2 slimlines for £30, what a steal. They're brand new, nothing wrong with them - I just opened the box, comes with cables and all. I've never seem them being sold this cheap in stores...

Left 4 Dead (PC) - Where to buy

If you're a cheap-arse, whatever you do don't get it on Steam! It's $50 which is like £35 at the current rate, which is a total rip-off unless you HAVE to get it early. Cheapest place online I've found so far is Amazon.co.uk where they're selling it for £20...

Wow, thanks a lot for the Tesco Universe At War tip-off. Would never have found it otherwise. Turned out it was hiding way back behind some PS2 games, really had to look for it. Got it for £2.50! Bargain.
