    I bought one of these about three weeks ago from Amazon (and not a marketplace reseller). As far as I can tell it was brand new, and it works great.

    I do, for one. Hell, I still have my Dreamcast and Saturn hooked up, sandwiched between my 360 and PS3. And, on rare occasions, I even break out the Atari Flashback for a little Combat love. (The original 2600 is a bit of a pain to hook up with today's TVs)

    Refurbished Microsoft XBOX 360 HDMI Console System w/Accessories $99.95 + S/H ($10+)

    Refurbished Microsoft XBOX 360's scare me. I bought two from Buy.com before. Both had the RROD within two days. Was able to send both of them back though after some arguing. I've heard similar stories from others. I don't trust any of these refurbished units.
