The headset, yes. The other guy didn't want it because it's been opened. As far as I recall everything else is still sealed except one of the Dragon Adapters. I opened it to see if I could use it on my PC with my Xbox controller and an adapter, so it's still in perfect condition. 10.00 Shipped
