So, the USPS package of textbooks that I sent in like 3-4 weeks ago still (supposably) has yet to arrive. Tonight, I get an email from Amazon saying that my tradein has expired since it's been past 25 days. Has anyone else had this happen? I contacted Amazon like 4 days ago or something...

No problem! I am still waiting on my USPS package to be approved, though (I think I shipped it two days after the other one). They even accepted a game without a manual, which is kinda sweet and somewhat YMMV from what I'm told. They must have been running low on stock or something.

Thank you for posting this and your update. I sent in some stuff via USPS and was worried as well--it seems like that may be alright. I did send in a UPS package that I spoke of on the previous thread page. That package was APPROVED today. I'm hoping the USPS shipment follows the same suit...

Still no change yet but I'll keep you updated. From what everyone is saying (with the snow storms and related delays) it might take longer than usual. I'm needing it in fairly soon as well!

This is where I'm at with things. My stuff got there two days ago, and Amazon's site still says "not yet received." I guess it could take a few business days, but I'd like to know as well.

Mine is in the same phase--I have no indication of them shipping it yet. I did see on their site that they ship things around 2 business days of their release; hopefully, it'll be on its way by tomorrow.

Yeah, I tried it, and it seems to work. I used it on two preorder items and it discounted one of them. I went through the checkout and everything. I'll be the first to come on here and say it didn't work if one of my preorders next week doesn' t come in. I gotta thank whoever has posted...

I'm seriously thinking about picking up one of these. There's only one thing that keeps me from it: I wonder if there is a possibility of other sticks coming out once SSIV hits or if any of these will drop in price? The MvC one looks pretty sweet as well.

Hey Icedrake & Kapkorn, What kind of correspondence have you gotten from Amazon on your textbook trade in status? I am thinking about trading in a few textbooks and I can't find ANY information online about how the transactions have gone. I might just sell them myself if I can't find any...

Good point. I found Grand Theft Auto IV for 15 bucks and Bioshock for 20 (wish I'd seen one for 13!). Different stores have different pricing--if you're out, check a few that are near you.
