Thank you so much. I just saved the link. :) It used to take ~ 6 weeks. I got my credit in ~2-3 weeks for the last few purchases I requested in October- December. But I still haven't received my most recent request even though it has been a month. So, I cannot tell you for sure now.

I just received the email too. That's the worse offer I saw. I saw on Amazon PS3 bundle page that some buyers got $30 credit and one got $60 refund. We just get $10 and can only be used to pre-order those games I don't plan to pre-order. =(
