Then Amazon should have different processes and training in place. I don't feel bad when I benefit from their mistakes.

I realize it's probably not new, which is why I specifically asked CS. They should know better but the rep didn't even hesitate to state it was brand new and likely had a damaged box. This is 100% on Amazon. They need a better QC/description system since it is such a massive operation.

Um... Yes, because that's their business. To call something "factory sealed" when Amazon is clearly not the factory is epically stupid.

It's on Amazon to clean up their act in my opinion. They need to post at least semi-accurate descriptions for these things and the CS reps need to be made aware.

I actually specifically double checked with Amazon BEFORE this order shipped. They believed that it was factory sealed like a new item. The CS rep then voluntarily offered me the discount. No reason to be snarky.

Got my "Good" PS4 GTA V bundle that was supposedly "Factory Sealed" and it absolutely WAS NOT. Re-sealed by Amazon and didn't include any games. Going to see if customer support can help me out at all and if not, I'll send it right back. Edit: Got a $70 refund. Considering the system itself...

AWD for food is usually stuff that is close to the expiration date, nothing wrong with that if you plan on using it soon.

I got an extra one of the $50 off Xbox coupons. Should I just sell it? No idea what a fair price is since it doesn't look like any are on eBay yet.

Coupons would not combine for me either when I tried yesterday at my local Best Buy.

Tried ringing it up and it wouldn't apply to the Xbox. Didn't go all the way through the transaction though since I wanted to keep the coupon if it didn't apply. Maybe I should have.

Mover's coupon doesn't stack with the $50 trade-in coupon. I just tried at my local BB. Oh well, still a very good deal since my Xbox 360 was just collecting dust. 

I assume he got the $50 coupon + $100 TIV for his 360, so that's not really surprising.
