I ordered a xbox back in early May and have not received any word on it. This would be the first prize I have not received, and it is nearing the 12 week mark. Would emailing them be the right approach?

I ordered the 360 console May 9 and it still hasn't shipped. All my other prizes shipped about a month after their orders, anyone else having this problem, especially with the 360?
