Actually the manager needs to do their job better. She was right. As far as how she handled it yea she could have done better. We dont match online prices anymore since the holidays are over. When it comes to clearance if its not that price in the store we dont match it either.

Just checked my store online and it already says on the deluxe "limited stock". Seems alot of people want the deluxe over the basic cause that one still says "in stock". We got in a little over 30 of the deluxe and only like 15 of the basic.

I stuck with the reg blu-ray cause I dont care about 3D since i will never get a 3D TV. I also dont care about the digital copy since i dont go on road trips. Same with the soundtrack. As tempting as it is y would i pay for stuff that i will never use?.

We got about 90 copies yesterday and we already sold out. Now what sucks is that whoever received the boxes messed up the count. We have more of the 2D one than it says so i let a manager know about it cause i dont think we want about 50-60 angry guests asking about it when we dont have it.

Ugh hate those weeks with the giftcard/reserve. Customers just see the $10 giftcard and dont bother to read the rest of it. Its gonna get really old saying over and over again during the day.

Sometimes not both versions of the same game are on clearance. For example the PS3 version of fear 3 went to clearance for us but the 360 version is not on clearance.
