I finally passed the 12 month mark so I will be emailing them to see what they have to say. I was using two account with two different names and the same mailing address. I never played more than one account per day and never used any cheating software.

I don't get how people play chicktionary. Isn't it still timed differently then spelling bee and word slugger and won't let you type fast at all?
