I work at the University Target by USF and we almost always have the markdowns I see in this thread. And we are a very low traffic target so they do not sell out that quickly.

Leaving some positive feedback, talked to him on msn and had the points in my account 5 mins later.

Target is now taking preorders on most games for $1 that goes towards the purchase of the game and when you pick up the game you get a free $5 gift card. It just came to my Target so if your Target does not have it yet it should be there soon. Sorry if old, searched and found nothing on this.
