I bought a steam code online using trade credit on April 27th, so it hasn’t been that long since the change.

I can confirm that trade credit (and the $5 monthly PUR coupon) work for digital currency in-store. And that a points based PUR certificate doesn't. Thankfully I was able to mostly clear out my points and finally pick up Metroid Prime Remastered for the switch using them.

I just tried to buy a Steam gift card online with trade credit and got this message: This product cannot be purchased with your GameStop gift card. Please use a different form of payment. Well, that sucks.  I'm hoping that it still works in-store!

Does anyone know if GameStop will take in consoles that are having problems?  My Xbox Series X has decided to start displaying graphical glitches in games that makes it seem like (at least) one of it's RAM chips has gone bad. =(  I checked Microsoft and it's $299 for them to repair it!  I know...

Well, the Vanilla version gets the same content as the GOTY version, so don't feel too bad.

Anyone know if the switch lite also gets a bonus?  I enjoyed it at the time because the battery life was so much better than my OG switch, but now it never ends up being played. EDIT: Apparently it gets a $25 bonus, so it should be $135 now.

I had the same problem. =( I kept checking, but I didn't see an `Add to Cart' button until at least 5 minutes after the hour and even then it wouldn't actually add anything to the cart.

I think it's good until the 9th; at least that's what they said at the store when I asked today.

I traded in some games today when I picked up my (paid off) pre-prder for the PS4 and got the 30% trade bonus. There was no G2L code on my receipt though! Is it only G2L on the Xbox?

My PS5 has been sitting at FedEx since Tuesday, and won't be delivered until tomorrow because that's the `scheduled' delivery day. Dammit. =(

Anyone know what the official online return policy for used games is and if there has been a change recently?  I thought that it was 30 days;  the web site and packing slips say `30 days for most items.'  I'm assuming that `most items' is just meant to exclude things that generally aren't...

It's a brand new switch model and not a bundle (no game included!), so I'd be very surprised it it wasn't the V2.

Well, my points are finally back to what they were yesterday morning. The `Lifetime Points' are still down around 8000 points, so I assume someone actually just went in and manually adjusted the points total. So even though they keep having bizarre things happen, at least they eventually work...

The Rewards Activity page only goes back 10 entries thou, but everything I can see there looks reasonable. There's no entry since the 10th of January, so it doesn't look like someone is using my points. Interestingly, my `Lifetime Points' are going down by the same amount as my current Points...

Got a response e-mail asking for my powerup rewards number (oops!) and I went to my account to get it and my points dropped again. Now it's showing as 8,067! You've got to be kidding! Well, at least I got an initial response pretty quickly, so hopefully it'll get fixed.
