I've found that Best Buy runs this once a month. This was, however before the holidays. Keep an eye on Best Buy ads when they come out. :D

GameSource in Littleton should be. Call your local Gamestop and see if they got the go-ahead to sell. Certain stores around the country got the ok from Activision. PlayNTrade is another shop to call. Sorry for the multi-posts!
