You do own the games that you purchase, just like you do with any android or ios game. It isn't like onlive where you lose the games if the company goes under.

I put in for one @ $95. Seems like an awesome project that can't fail since it's open. I don't expect AAA games on it, but it's possible.

Just got it! Now I've gotta figure out what to do with my original copy. I was planning on selling the game that came with the ultimate edition sealed, but the DLC code is inside the game box :( The box is pretty sweet, but not quite as solid as I had expected. Badass art book though!

The disc-based save file is NOT compatible with the PSN version. I found out myself just now and I checked Criterion's website. Not exactly a big deal though. You've still got your trophies and all cars unlocked!!!

To complete my dream PS3 game library, I'd pick up: Batman Arkham Asylum Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots X-Men Origins: Wolverine Killzone 2 Bioshock inFAMOUS Heavenly Sword That adds up to a good bit more than $100 bucks, but a gift card would put a big dent in it!
