You calling the main customer service number 1-800-843-2665 or the 877-379-0036? The 877 number is down til after 4 PM. Call the main number. And select option one then three "make changes to your order". That is how I got through.

Update on the BN issues: I just got off the phone with BN rep they said that they oversold what was in stock and are reviewing all orders order by order. They will be sending mass emails to people who purchased at 4 PM. The email will state if your order will be shipped or cancelled. Good luck...
