Markman, the edges around the headphone jack and the buttons i try to push in all the way but they still come back up.

I just got my Chun TE-S and i have a couple problems. The first is that one of the edges are uneven the other is that 2 of my buttons are loose. I usually have no problems with the Madcatz TE's since all my others are perfect. I am just wondering if there is anything i can do to fix my stick.
