Go google pavelow doesn't count towards killstreak rewards and see how many other people are having this problem or try it for yourself then. Apparantly it's a game glitch or something.

The pavelow doesn't count. I love this killstreak reward but it never counts towards my AC130. I must have done it 100 times and it has never counted.

Why would you want it "gifted" through paypal? Why not as a sale? FYI whoever "gifts" money on paypal cannot get it back if the seller falls through.
