i dont get the impression he is going to follow through. he mysteriously goes idle every time i try to contact him now on AIM. how do we contact the moderators at the forum who are investigating this guy's issues?

smurf seriously needs to communicate more/better. The chat log above was from 8/6. In that conversation he told me he should have codes in a week, and i asked him to contact me if it would be longer, which he agreed to. As of 8/16, no contact, no response to instant messages over this weekend.
