If you qualify for the special pre-order promo credit you should receive 1 of these e-mails, "Your recent order XXX-XXXXXX-XXXXX entitles you to a promotional credit which we have added to your account. This credit can be applied to your next qualifying purchase." Then just match your order...

For some reason the special promo credits do not should up in regular account credit balance page. But when you order a new video game it will up in the check out page.
