It's been over a week now since I've placed my order, I never got it yet

My order (#100000382) said it has been shipped a couple days ago on 11/2/09. I tracked it on USPS.com but it still says that it is still expected for shipment. Wondering if it is ever going to update? Thanks in advanced!
